It’s Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee celebration so I’m pretty sure I’m not the only food blogger who had a sudden urge to have tea and finger sandwiches. Little Brother and I shared a pot of Tea Palace mango ceylon. The sandwiches were smoked salmon, chives, cream cheese on whole wheat, tomato cheddar on whole wheat, and cucumber cream cheese on white.
I resisted the urge to bake some cream scones even though I have delicious homemade balsamic strawberry jam to slather.
